摘　　要：本文介绍了一种轴承工装件的常温发黑处理工艺。从轴承工装件表面氧化膜存在的附着力差、发黑膜层不均、工件表面易生锈等方面进行了讨论,提出了对应的工艺流程和注意事项。This paper introduces a kind of blackening treatment technology of bearing tooling at room temperature.It discusses the problem of the poor adhesion of oxide film,the uneven blackening film and the easy rust on the surface of bearing tooling.It puts forward the corresponding process flow and matters needing attention.
