摘　　要：当前中国经济发展方式转变面临着历史机遇,包括国际经济地位显著提升、数字经济发展有望实现新突破、全球产业链和供应链面临新一轮调整、人民币国际化进程加快等,但同时也面临着严峻的挑战,集中表现在经济下行压力、创新驱动和生产要素约束等方面为此,应加快产业结构优化升级进程,重点支持“两新一重”建设,大力实施创新驱动发展战略,着力提升经济发展质量,加快形成双循环相互促进的新发展格局,在国际大变局中抢占先机.In the new era, there are opportunities for the transformation of China’s economic development pattern, including the significant improvement of the Chinese international economic position, the huge breakthrough of its digital economy, the adjustment of the global industrial chain and supply chain, and the acceleration of RMB internationalization. However various constraints will be significantly strengthened, especially concentrated in the international economic situation and rules, innovation drive, and production factor constraints. Based on that, we should speed up the process of optimizing and upgrading its industrial structure, focus on the support of the new infrastructure,new urbanization initiatives and major projects in construction, improve the quality of economic development and optimize the innovative development strategy, so as to seize the boundless opportunity in the international changes.
