摘 要:近几年,烟台产区酿酒葡萄田间较多表现出叶片反卷变红的症状,为研究叶片反卷变红对‘梅鹿辄’叶片光合性能和果实品质的影响,以烟台产区蓬莱泰生小镇的‘梅鹿辄’为材料,选取有无症状表现的植株,进行病毒检测,再对比果穗大小、还原糖、可滴定酸、花色苷、总酚、单宁、叶绿素与枝条贮藏营养。结果表明,具有症状表现的‘梅鹿辄’均检测出葡萄卷叶病毒3(grapevine leaf roll-associated virus 3,GLRaV-3),但同时也存在多种病毒复合侵染的情况,其果实大小不一,颜色不均,且叶片光合性能下降,成熟延迟,亩产量减少9.3%,还原糖、总酚、花色苷和叶绿素含量显著减少,其中还原糖降低21.27%,总酚降低28.43%,花色苷减少60.47%,叶绿素总量降低64.0%,含酸量增加1.24倍,严重影响了‘梅鹿辄’的经济价值。本研究为‘梅鹿辄’叶片反卷变红对果实品质影响提供理论依据。In recent years,the wine grape field in Yantai production area has shown the symptoms of leaf redness.In order to study the effect of leaf redness on the photosynthetic properties and fruit quality of’Merlot’,the plant was grown in the Penglai Taisheng Township of Yantai production area’s’Merlot’is used as the material,and plants with or without symptoms are selected for virus detection,and then the ear size,reducing sugar,titratable acid,anthocyanin,total phenol,tannin,chlorophyll and branches are stored for nutrition.The effect of leaf redness on leaf photosynthetic performance and fruit quality of’Merlot’was studied.The results showed that Grapevine leaf roll-associated virus 3(GLRaV-3)was detected in’Merlot’with symptom manifestations.But there were also multiple infections of the virus,and fruits vary in size and color.Moreover,the photosynthetic performance of the leaves decreased,the maturity was delayed,and the yield per mu decreased by 9.3%.Reducing sugars,total phenols,anthocyanins,and chlorophyll content were significantly reduced.Among them,reducing sugar was reduced by 21.27%,total phenol was reduced by 28.43%,anthocyanins were reduced by 60.47%,total chlorophyll was decreased by 64.0%,and acid content was increased by 1.24 times,which seriously affected the economic value of’Merlot’.This study provided a theoretical basis for the effect of the redness of the leaves of’Merlot’on the fruit quality.
