摘　　要：古汉养生精传承了马王堆养生文化的精华和湖湘名医的智慧结晶。对其三十余年的发展中开展的临床疗效研究、动物实验研究、文化内涵研究、产品工艺研究现状进行系统的总结,并指出目前古汉养生精的研究还存在着临床研究方案有待完善、后续研究乏力、文化研究薄弱的问题,并提出解决问题的建议,以期为古汉养生精未来研究的重点方向提供参考。Guhan Yangshengjing inherits the essence of Mawangdui health-preserving culture and the wisdom crystallization of famous Huxiang doctors.This article systematically summarizes the research status of more than 30 years of development,which has carried out clinical curative effect research,animal experiment research,cultural connotation research,and product technology research,and points out that the current research of ancient Han health essence still has the problems of clinical research plans to be improved,lack of followup research,and weak cultural research.It hopes to propose referential comments and suggestions for the possible future research directions for products.
