摘 要:针对实际生产中活塞预锻凸模寿命的预测,以及预测结果的精度,对活塞的预锻成形过程进行数值模拟,并基于Archard修正磨损模型,对活塞预锻凸模取样点所属区域的磨损原因进行理论分析,通过正交试验对凸模取样点磨损最严重的区域进行参数化分析,并对活塞连续进行20次预锻成形以建立拟合公式。根据结果可知,在预锻过程中,活塞成形精度和质量均符合生产要求;凸模磨损最大的区域在凸模圆角过渡位置,此位置的凸模磨损量的最佳影响因素组合为:凸模预热温度为200℃、摩擦系数为0.35、凸模硬度为60 HRC、下压速度为10 mm·s^(-1);由20次预锻结果可知,活塞凸模单次磨损量曲线呈非线性关系,建立20次磨损量平均值与模具寿命之间的方程,可得活塞预锻凸模寿命为22186次。结合预测结果对实际生产现场进行试验数据修正,对实际生产具有一定的指导作用。In order to improve the punch life of pre-forged piston in actual production and the accuracy of predicted results,the pre-forging process of piston was numerically simulated,and based on the Archard modified wear model,the cause of wear in the area where the sampling points were selected for pre-forging punch of piston was analyzed theoretically. Then,the most severely wear area of sampling points for punch was analyzed parametrically by orthogonal test,and the piston was pre-forged for twenty times continuously to establish a fitting formula. The results show that during the pre-forging process,the forming accuracy and quality of piston meet the production requirements,and the most severely wear area of punch is at the transition position of punch fillet. At this position,the best combination of factors affecting the punch wear depth is that: the preheating of punch temperature is 200 ℃,the friction coefficient is 0. 35,the punch hardness is 60 HRC and the pressing speed is 10 mm·s^(-1). It can be seen from the results of twenty times for pre-forging that the single wear amount curve of piston punch does show a nolinear relationship,and the life of pre-forging punch for piston is 22186 times by establishing the equation between the average wear amount of twenty times and the punch life. Combining the prediction results,the test data on the actual production site are revised,which has a certain guiding effect on the actual production.
