桃红四物汤预防老年髋部骨折患者术后谵妄的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究围手术期应用桃红四物汤预防老年髋部骨折术后谵妄发生的疗效。方法将152例纳入患者按照房间奇数、偶数号分为预防组(奇数)73例,对照组(偶数)79例,对照组予常规治疗,预防组在常规治疗基础上于入院后至术后第7天予桃红四物汤颗粒口服,统计患者谵妄发生率、Nurse-DESC谵妄评分等指标。结果预防组谵妄发生率为6.85%(5/73),对照组发生率为12.66%(10/79),2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组患者谵妄持续时间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围手术期应用桃红四物汤可降低老年髋部骨折患者谵妄发生率,在发生术后谵妄的患者中可减少患者术后谵妄持续时间。Objective To study the effect of Taohong Siwu decoction on the prevention of postoperative delirium in elderly patients with hip fracture.Methods According to the odd number and even number of the room,the patients were divided into prevention group(n=73)and control group(n=79).The control group was treated with routine treatment,and the prevention group was treated with Taohong Siwu decoction from admission to the 7 th day after operation.The incidence of delirium and Nurse-DESC delirium score were calculated.Results The incidence rate in the prevention group was 6.85%(5/73),while that in the control group was 12.66%(10/79).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was significant difference in the duration of delirium between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Perioperative application of Taohong Siwu decoction can reduce the incidence of delirium and reduce the duration of postoperative delirium in patients with postoperative delirium.
