清热利胆方治疗胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨对胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎患者采取清热利胆方治疗的临床效果。方法选取2018年12月—2020年2月在沈阳市骨科医院承基医院的100例胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎患者,随机分组,对照组50例采用传统常规方法干预治疗;试验组50例在对照组的基础上采取清热利胆方治疗,比较2组患者中医证候改善情况,包括:上腹部灼痛、胀痛、食欲不振、恶心呕吐以及消瘦。结果试验组患者治疗后上腹部灼痛、胀痛、食欲不振、恶心呕吐、消瘦均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对胆热犯胃型胆汁反流性胃炎患者来说,采取清热利胆方治疗可以有效改善临床症状,提高生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the clinical significance of clearing heat for promoting bile flow prescription on bile reflux gastritis of heat gallbladder invading stomach type.Methods 100 patients with bile reflux gastritis of heat gallbladder invading stomach type in Chengji Hospital of Shenyang Orthopedics Hospital from December 2018 to February 2020 were selected and randomly divided into groups.50 patients in the control group were treated with traditional clinical intervention.On the basis of the control group,50 patients in the experimental group were treated with clearing heat for promoting bile flow prescription.The improvement of TCM symptoms in the two groups was compared,including:upper abdominal burning pain,swelling pain,loss of appetite,nausea and vomiting,and emaciation.Results The upper abdominal burning pain,swelling pain,loss of appetite,nausea and emaciation in the experimental group were better than those in the control group after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with bile reflux gastritis of heat gallbladder invading stomach type,clearing heat for promoting bile flow prescription can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and the quality of life,which is worthy of promotion.
