葛根芩连汤联合蒙脱石散对腹泻患儿血清IL-6、TNF-α及胃肠功能的影响

摘　　要：目的研究葛根芩连汤联合蒙脱石散对腹泻患儿血清IL-6、TNF-α及胃肠功能的影响。方法选取收治的112例腹泻患儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(56例)和试验组(56例)。对照组给予蒙脱石散治疗,试验组联合葛根芩连汤治疗,2组均持续治疗7 d。比较治疗前后2组中医症状评分、胃肠功能指标及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平。结果与治疗前相比,治疗后2组大便泄泻、大便色黄秽臭、小便短黄症状评分,GAS、MOT水平及血清IL-6、TNF-α水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论葛根芩连汤联合蒙脱石散可有效缓解腹泻患儿症状,改善胃肠功能,抑制炎性反应。Objective To study the effects of Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with montmorillonite powder on serum IL-6,TNF-αand gastrointestinal function in children with diarrhea.Methods 112 children with diarrhea in our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=56)and experimental group(n=56)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with montmorillonite powder,while the experimental group was treated with Gegen Qinlian decoction and montmorillonite powder.Both groups were treated continuously for 7 days.The traditional Chinese medicine symptom scores,gastrointestinal function indicators and serum IL-6 and TNF-αlevels were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results Compared with those before treatment,the scores of diarrhea,yellow and foul feces,and short and yellow urine symptoms,the levels of GAS,MOT,IL-6 and TNF-αall decreased in the two groups after treatment,and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(All P<0.05).Conclusion Gegen Qinlian decoction combined with montmorillonite powder can effectively relieve symptoms,improve gastrointestinal function and inhibit inflammatory response in childrenwith diarrhea.
