麻杏石甘汤在急性病毒性上呼吸道感染中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探究麻杏石甘汤在急性病毒性上呼吸道感染中的应用效果。方法选取78例急性病毒性上呼吸道感染患者,依据随机数字表法分成对照组(39例)和试验组(39例)。对照组给予抗病毒、退热剂等治疗,试验组在此基础上给予麻杏石甘汤治疗,2组均连续治疗10 d。比较2组患者临床疗效、症状消失时间及治疗前后血常规水平。结果试验组和对照组临床总有效率分别为87.18%、66.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与治疗前比,治疗后2组患者白细胞计数、淋巴细胞计数、CRP水平显著降低,且试验组较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。结论麻杏石甘汤应用于急性病毒性上呼吸道感染具有抗炎、改善患者症状的作用。Objective To study the effect of Maxing Shigan decoction on treating the acute viral upper respiratory tract infection.Methods78 patients with acute viral upper respiratory tract infection admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=39)and observation group(n=39)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with antiviral and antipyretic agents,and the observation group was treated with Maxing Shigan decoction and antiviral,antipyretic agents.Both groups were treated continuously for 10 days.The clinical efficacy,symptom disappearance time and blood routine level before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate of the observation group and the control group was 89.74%and 69.23%,respectively.Compared with before treatment,the hemameba count,lymphocyte count and hypersensitive reactive protein level of patients in the two groups significantly reduced after treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Maxing Shigan decoction has the function of anti-inflammation and improving patients’symptoms.
