大黄牡丹皮汤加减治疗阑尾周围脓肿临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究大黄牡丹皮汤加减治疗阑尾周围脓肿的效果。方法选取2017年9月—2018年9月收治的阑尾周围脓肿患者92例,按随机数字表法将其分为对照组和试验组,各46例。对照组给予常规抗感染治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予大黄牡丹皮汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗14 d,统计2组治疗后临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗后退热、脓肿消退以及腹痛消退时间;观察2组患者治疗后6个月、1年的复发情况。结果经治疗,试验组临床总有效率为91.30%,高于对照组(73.91%)(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗后试验组患者退热、脓肿消退、腹痛消退时间明显缩短(P<0.05);试验组患者治疗后6个月和1年的复发率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大黄牡丹皮汤加减治疗阑尾周围脓肿可以提高患者的临床疗效,缓解患者的临床症状,降低患者术后复发率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Dahuang Mudanpi decoction on periappendiceal abscess.Methods From September 2017 to September 2018,92 patients with periappendiceal abscess were selected and divided into control group and experimental group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Routine anti infection treatment was given to the control group,and Dahuang Mudanpi decoction was given to the experimental group on the basis of the control group.The two groups were treated for 14 days continuously,and the clinical effect of the two groups after treatment was counted,and the time of fever regression,abscess regression and abdominal pain regression after treatment were compared between the two groups;the recurrence of the two groups was observed 6 months and1 year after treatment.Results The clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 91.30%,which was higher than that of the control group(73.91%)(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the time of fever abatement,abscess abatement and abdominal pain abatement in the treatment group was significantly shorter(P<0.05).Conclusion Dahuang Mudanpi decoction in the treatment of periappendiceal abscess can improve clinical efficacy,effectively alleviate clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrence rate of patients,and the efficacy is better than conventional anti-infective treatment,which is worthy of clinical application.
