温针灸联合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的随机平行对照研究  被引量:10

摘  要:目的系统性评价温针灸联合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法选取2019年1月—2020年1月接受治疗的膝关节骨性关节炎患者70例,采用信封法随机分为对照组和试验组各35例。对照组采用常规针刺治疗,试验组在对照组的基础上应用温针灸联合自拟中药局部外敷。观察2组患者治疗前后的Lequesne-Mery评分,评价治疗总有效率。结果治疗后试验组膝关节炎系统评分为(4.3±3.01)分,对照组为(7.9±4.85)分,试验组总有效率为91.4%,对照组为71.4%,试验组的膝关节炎系统评分和治疗总有效率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温针灸法联合中药外敷治疗膝关节骨性关节炎可以有效改善膝关节疼痛、活动不利等临床症状,效果优异,值得推广应用。Objective To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods From January 2019 to January 2020,70 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.On the basis of the control group,the experimental group was given warm acupuncture combined with local application of Chinese medicine.Lequesne Mery score before and after treatment was observed to evaluate the treatment efficiency.Results After treatment,the knee arthritis system score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Warm acupuncture and moxibustion combined with external application of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has excellent effect,which is worthy of extensive application.
