摘 要:针对传统喷射混凝土防巷道风化的缺点,以长平矿底抽巷为工程背景,研究了1种新型喷涂材料,通过试验得出其材料组成、合理配比、力学性能,并进行井下试验。试验结果得出:喷涂材料A组分为ASX02水性树脂,B组分粉体的主要原料为BSN02,A、B组分最优配合比为1∶1,喷涂材料覆盖后,板材最大变形率可提高7~8倍。井下试验表明:喷涂层外观质量好,喷涂最优厚度为8 mm或者10 mm,喷涂覆盖后巷道变形量显著减小,施工回弹量小,无粉尘,单班喷涂进尺可达20~30 m。In view of the shortcomings of traditional shotcrete in preventing roadway weathering, a new type of spraying material is studied based on the engineering background of bed plate roadway of Changping Mine. Through the experiment, the material composition, reasonable proportion and mechanical properties are obtained, and the underground test is carried out. The experimental results show that the A-component of spraying material is ASX02 water-based resin, the main raw material of B-component powder is BSN02, the optimal mix ratio of A and B is 1 ∶1, and the maximum deformation rate of the panel can be increased by 7 to 8 times covered by sprayed material. The underground test shows that the appearance quality of spraying layer is good, the optimal thickness of spraying is 8 mm or 10 mm, the deformation of roadway is significantly reduced after spraying, the rebound of construction is small, there is no dust, and the spray footage of single shift can be 20 m to 30 m.
