良性头部组织细胞增生症2例并文献回顾

摘　　要：例1男,1岁3个月,头面部、躯干黄褐色斑丘疹1年余。例2男,2岁4个月,头面部、颈部黄红色及褐色斑丘疹1年余,无自觉症状。两者皮损组织病理:均可见真皮浅层组织细胞浸润。免疫组织化学:均表现为CD68(+)、S-100(-)、CD1a(-)、Langerin(-)。结合临床表现、组织病理、免疫组织化学,2例患者诊断为良性头部组织细胞增生症。Case one,a 1 year and 3 months old boy presented with brown and yellow maculopapules on head,face and trunk for more than one year.Case two,2 years and 4 months old boy,with asymptomatic yellow-red and brown maculopapules on head,face and neck for more than one year.Both histopathological examination revealed histiocytic infiltration in the upper dermis.Immunohistochemistry of both cases showed positive for CD68 and negative for CD1a,S-100,Langerin.Based on the findings,two cases were diagnosed as benign cephalic histiocytosis.
