摘　　要：蔬菜是上海市民日常生活不可缺少的重要食物,作为超大城市,上海也是中国重要的蔬菜销地市场,因此,上海蔬菜市场受到各方关注。2020年初,新冠疫情给蔬菜市场带来了重大影响,蔬菜市场呈现出量跌价涨走势。分析发现,2020年上海蔬菜市场价格总体大致呈“M”型分布,同时分析了销量前10的蔬菜价格波动以及整体价格波动的原因,最后对后期上海市蔬菜价格走势进行了展望,并提出了相应的对策。Vegetable is an indispensable and important food in the daily life of Shanghai citizens,at the same time,as a mega city,Shanghai is also an important vegetable market in China.Therefore,Shanghai vegetable market has attracted attention from all sides.At the beginning of 2020,the COVID-19 pandemic brought a significant impact on the vegetable market,and the vegetable market showed a trend of quantity declining and price rising.The analysis results showed that Shanghai vegetable market price in 2020 generally distributed a M shape,at the same time,the top 10 vegetables prices fluctuation and the reasons for the overall prices fluctuation were analyzed.Finally,the future trend of Shanghai vegetable price was forecasted and corresponding countermeasures were put forward.
