摘 要:为了获得新的多目标拓扑优化水平集方法,通过扩散反应方程更新水平集函数方程引入退火算法控制收敛和计算速度,推导预应力下新的水平集拓扑优化方法,结合多个目标函数建立新的模型边界,使优化过程中的形状结构改变通过对多个目标函数的约束来实现,并以体积、应力、位移、频率作为目标函数进行优化将多个目标控制在一定的合理范围内,实现多目标的最佳优化,从而提出了一种新的改进水平集多目标拓扑优化的方法,并利用边界建模进行分析。数值算例结果表明,利用退火算法控制的扩散反应方程更新水平集的多目标拓扑优化方法具有可行性和有效性。In order to obtain a new multi-objective topological optimization level set method,the level set function equation is updated through the diffusion reaction equation.The Annealing Algorithm is introduced to control the convergence and calculation speed,and a new level set topology optimization method under prestress is derived.Combining multiple objective functions to establish a new model boundary,so that the shape and structure changes in the optimization process can be realized through constraints on multiple objective functions.The volume,stress,displacement,and frequency are used as objective functions for optimization,and multiple objectives are controlled within a certain reasonable range to achieve the best optimization of multiple objectives.Therefore,a new and improved method for level set multi-objective topology optimization is proposed,and the boundary modeling is used for analysis.The results of numerical examples show the feasibility and effectiveness of the multi-objective topology optimization method using the Annealing Algorithm to update the level set of the diffusion reaction equation.
