摘  要:根据自定心中心架的工作原理,运用包络线法建立了自定心中心架平移凸轮实际廓线参数化模型。针对一组设计参数进行了编程计算,与文献公式比较,两种计算结果吻合。通过凸轮理论廓线计算实际廓线一阶、二阶导数值,分析非圆曲线直线逼近弓高误差计算原理,设计了结合牛顿迭代法和伸缩步长法的非圆曲线等误差直线逼近算法。针对中心架凸轮廓线,选取相同计算精度与弓高允差,运用两种弓高误差算法编程计算,计算结果吻合,验证了算法的有效性。该项研究结果为中心架凸轮廓线及其他非圆曲线优质、高效的设计与制造提供了理论依据。According to the working principle of the self-centering center frame,a parametric model of the actual profile of the translation cam of the self-centering center frame is established by using the envelope method.For a set of design parameters programming calculation,compared with the literature formula,the two calculation results are consistent.The first and second derivative values of the actual profile are calculated by the cam theoretical profile,and the calculation principle of the bow height error of the non-circular curve is analyzed.The newton iteration method and the expansion step method are combined with the non-circular curve and other error linear approximation algorithm.For the cam contour of the center frame,the same calculation accuracy and bow height tolerance are selected,and two bow height error algorithms are used for programming calculation.The calculation results are consistent,which verifies the effectiveness of the algorithm.It provides a theoretical basis for the high-quality and efficient design and manufacture of cam contour lines and other non-circular curves of the center frame.
