摘 要:通过对修井机井架上体顶升过程进行理论分析,阐明了顶升液缸顶升力的计算公式、变化趋势及其影响因素,为合理确定顶升液缸参数、分析井架受力情况和科学解释井架上体顶升爬行现象等提供重要依据。以XJ550井架上体顶升过程为例,分别运用理论计算公式和有限元分析软件SAFI对液缸顶升力进行分析,二者分析结果一致,从而验证了分析过程及结果的正确性。Based on the theoretical analysis of the jacking process of the upper section of workover rig mast,the calculation formula,change trend and influencing factors of jacking force of jacking hydraulic cylinder are expounded,which provides an important basis for reasonably determining the parameters of jacking hydraulic cylinder,analyzing the stress condition of mast and scientifically explaining the climbing phenomenon of the upper section of mast.Taking the jacking process of the upper section of XJ550 mast as an example,the theoretical calculation formula and finite element analysis software SAFI are uesd to analyze the lifing force of jacking hydraulic cylinder,the analysis results of the two are consistent,which verifies the correctness of the analysis process and results.
