摘　　要：针对儿童日间手术关键环节,以质控点为基础,优化管理流程,构建信息化闭环,实现围术期精细化管理。通过对日间手术、术中用药和术中用血的闭环管理,初步建立了儿童日间手术安全管理体系,日间手术质量指标显著改善。认为闭环管理深化了安全管理内涵,提升了医疗质量管理水平,促进了患者安全文化建设。In view of the key links in the management of children's ambulatory surgery,based on the key"quality control point",informatization closed loop was built to reshape the management process,and the whole process supervision was carried out to realize perioperative fine management.Through the closed-loop construction of ambulatory surgery,intraoperative drug use and intraoperative blood use,the safety system of pediatric ambulatory surgery had been preliminarily established.Practice had proved that the quality indexes of the ambulatory surgery can be significantly improved.Informatization closed-loop management deepens the connotation of safety management,enhances the level of medical quality management,enhances the construction of patient safety culture.
