摘 要:目的探讨手术室男护士职业认同、工作压力、工作相关生活质量相关性。方法于2019年9月10日-11月10日选取山西省10所医院265名手术室男护士进行调查,采用SPSS l7.0软件进行统计分析。结果调查对象职业认同水平中等偏上(105.63±15.93)分、工作压力为中等(88.69±18.83)分、工作相关生活质量水平中等偏下(85.67±12.57)分;多元线性回归分析显示,子女数量(t=2.434,P=0.015)、薪酬满意度(t=2.852,P=0.005)、职称(t=3.335,P=0.001)和工作相关生活质量(t=37.409,P<0.001)是手术室男护士职业认同的正性影响因素;工作压力(t=-12.433,P<0.001)是职业认同的负性影响因素。结论“全面二孩”政策实施后,手术室男护士职业认同水平有所提高,但工作压力、工作相关生活质量仍处于中等水平。建议管理者从影响因素出发,结合三者关系制定多种措施,以提高男护士职业认同水平,从而提升手术室护理质量。Objective To explore the relationship among occupational identity,work stress and work-related quality of life of male nurses in operating room.Methods From September 10 to November 10,2019,265 male nurses in operating rooms from 10 hospitals in Shanxi Province were selected for investigation,and the SPSS 17.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results The subjects'professional identity level was above average(105.63±15.93),work pressure was moderate(88.69±18.83),work-related quality of life was under moderate(85.67±12.57).The multiple linear regression analysis showed that the number of children(t=2.434,P=0.015),salary satisfaction(t=2.852,P=0.005),professional title(t=3.335,P=0.001)and work-related quality of life(t=37.409,P<0.001)were the positive factor of professional identity,and work stress(t=-12.433,P<0.001)was the negative factor.Conclusion The level of professional identity of male nurses in operating room had been improved after the"two child"policy,but work stress and work-related quality of life remained in the middle level.It was suggested that managers should take various measures to improve the professional identity level of male nurses and ensure the quality of operating room nursing based on the influencing factors.
