摘 要:钒是一种稀有金属元素,存在形式众多。它被广泛用于制备合金、化学催化剂、各种颜料油漆、玻璃和陶瓷等生产过程中所用的添加剂等。钒矿石冶炼期间会产生大量含钒废水,随着工业的快速发展,部分地区地下水的钒浓度不断上升。如果不能有效地控制地下水的钒浓度,钒污染将继续恶化,它可以通过食物链被人体摄入,影响人体健康。因此,钒污染地下水治理成为当下需要解决的重大问题。目前,重金属污染处理方式主要有物理法、化学法和生物法。本文综述了钒污染地下水的微生物修复机理研究进展。Vanadium is a rare metal element,which exists in many forms.It is widely used in the preparation of alloys,chemical catalysts,various pigments,paints,additives used in the production of glass and ceramics.During the smelting of vanadium ore,a large amount of vanadium-containing wastewater is produced,with the rapid development of industry,the concentration of vanadium in groundwater in some areas continues to rise.If the vanadium concentration in groundwater cannot be effectively controlled,vanadium pollution will continue to worsen,and it can be ingested by the human body through the food chain and affect human health.Therefore,the treatment of vanadium-contaminated groundwater has become a major issue that needs to be resolved at the moment.At present,the treatment methods of heavy metal pollution mainly include physical method,chemical method and biological method・This paper reviews the research progress of the microbial remediation mechanism of vanadium-contaminated groundwater.
