锌硒宝联合中医推拿、穴位贴敷治疗儿童厌食症的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨锌硒宝联合中医推拿、穴位贴敷治疗儿童厌食症的临床效果。方法选取2018年6月至2020年6月本院收治的厌食症患儿86例,采用随机数字法分为联合组和对照组各43例。对照组患儿给予儿童锌硒宝治疗,联合组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上辅以中医推拿、穴位贴敷治疗,连续治疗4周。比较两组患儿的临床疗效;比较两组患儿治疗前后的食欲、食量评分;检测比较两组患儿治疗前后的末梢血钙、锌水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗4周,联合组患儿的治疗总有效率(93.02%)明显高于对照组(76.74%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的食欲、食量评分显著降低,联合组患儿的评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的血钙、血锌水平明显升高,联合组患儿的水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后的血、尿常规及肝肾功能检测结果均未见异常,治疗期间均无明显的不良反应发生。结论锌硒宝联合中医推拿、穴位贴敷治疗儿童厌食症临床效果良好,在改善患儿症状、提升微量元素水平等方面的优势明显,治疗安全性良好。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of Xinxibao combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)massage and acupoint application in the treatment of children with anorexia.Methods A total of 86 children with anorexia admitted to our hospital from June 2018 to June 2020 were selected,and they were divided into combination group and control group according to the random number method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xinxibao,based on which the combination group was supplemented by TCM massage and acupoint application,for a four-week continuous treatment.The clinical efficacy,pre-and post-treatment appetite and food intake scores,and the pre-and post-treatment peripheral blood calcium and zinc levels,as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions,were compared or detected between the two groups.Results After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of the combination group(93.02%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(76.74%),with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).The appetite and food intake scores significantly decreased,whereas the levels of blood calcium and zinc significantly increased in both groups.As compared with the control group,the combination group yielded lower scores of appetite and food intake,while higher levels of blood calcium and zinc,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).There were no abnormalities in the test results of the routine of blood and urine,liver and kidney functions in both groups after treatment,and no obvious adverse reactions occurred during the treatment.Conclusion Xinxibao combined with TCM massage,acupoint application in the treatment of children with anorexia has a good clinical effect,which is of significant advantages for improving the symptoms of children and increasing the levels of trace elements,with a preferable safety.
