摘　　要：目的通过Meta分析比较Snodgrass术与Duckett术后的感染及输尿管狭窄发生率。方法通过计算机检索Pubmed、Embase、Cochrane、中国知网(CKNI)及万方数据库,检索截止日期为2020年3月1日,按照纳入及排除标准整理相关文献,使用RevMan 5.3对纳入的文献数据进行分析。结果共纳入7个研究共624例患者,Meta分析显示,S组术后尿漏[OR=0.49,95%CI(0.28,0.86),P=0.01]、尿道狭窄[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.16,0.78),P=0.009]的发生率明显低于T组。结论Snodgrass术后尿漏及尿道狭窄的发生率均低于Duckett术。Objective To compare the incidence of urinary fistula and urethral stricture after Snodgrass hypospadias repair and Duckett hypospadias repair.Methods PubMed,Embase,Cochrane,Chinese Knowledge Infrastructure(CKNI)and Wanfang databases were retrieved by computer.The cut-off date was March 1,2020.The relevant literatures were collated following the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria.The data of the included literatures were analyzed using RevMan 5.3.Results A total of 624 patients were recruited in 7 studies.Meta-analysis exhibited that the incidence of postoperative urinary fistula[OR=0.49,95%CI(0.28,0.86),P=0.01],and urethral stricture[OR=0.26,95%CI(0.16,0.78),P=0.009]in the S group was lower than that in the T group.Conclusion The incidence of infection and ureteral stricture after Snodgrass hypospadias repair is lower than that after Duckett hypospadias repair.
