优思明对稽留流产清宫术后宫腔粘连的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨稽留流产清宫术后,通过服用短效避孕药优思明在预防宫腔粘连方面的作用。方法选取本院2018年10月至2020年5月于本院进行稽留流产清宫术的患者80例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组术后服用抗生素3 d,加中成药口服1周,观察组在对照组基础上服用短期避孕药优思明。比较两组患者阴道流血持续时间、月经复潮时间、月经量、子宫内膜厚度及宫腔粘连程度。结果治疗后,观察组阴道流血持续时间(3.77±1.32)d,月经复潮时间(30.21±3.72)d,月经量减少3例,子宫内膜厚度(7.92±1.23)mm,宫腔粘连2例;对照组的阴道流血持续时间(5.93±2.51)d,月经复潮时间(39.59±5.71)d,月经量减少12例,子宫内膜厚度(6.84±1.27)mm,宫腔粘连8例;组间比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论稽留流产清宫术后,服用短效避孕药优思明可以有效预防患者宫腔粘连,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the role of taking short-acting contraceptive in preventing intrauterine adhesion after missed abortion.Methods Under the principle of voluntary participation,80 patients who underwent missed abortion and uterine curettage in our hospital from October 2018 to May 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with antibiotics for 3 days and motherwort for 1 week,the observation group took short-term contraceptive Yasmin on the basis of treatment in the control group.The duration of vaginal bleeding,the time of menstruation,the amount of menstruation and the degree of uterine adhesion were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,in the observation group,the duration of vaginal bleeding was(3.77±1.32)d,the time of menstruation recovery was(30.21±3.72)d,the amount of menstruation decreased in 3 cases,the thickness of endometrium was(7.92±1.23)mm and the number of cases of intrauterine adhesion was 2 cases;in the control group,the duration of vaginal bleeding was(5.93±2.51)d,the time of menstruation recovery was(39.59±5.71)d,the amount of menstruation decreased in 12 cases,the thickness of endometrium was(6.84±1.27)mm,and intrauterine adhesions in 8 cases;the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion After uterine clearance of missed abortion,taking short-acting contraceptive Yasmin can effectively prevent uterine adhesion and has the value of clinical promotion.
