摘　　要：目的探讨局部应用激素与全身应用激素对突发性耳聋耳鸣治疗的近期疗效。方法选取2017年3月至2019年3月本院收治的突发性耳聋耳鸣患者48例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各24例。患者均接受常规治疗,对照组在常规治疗基础上静脉滴注甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液,观察组在常规治疗基础上采用鼓室注射甲泼尼龙琥珀酸钠注射液治疗,两组患者均进行6个月的随访观察,比较两组患者治疗效果。结果观察组患者临床治疗总有效率为79.17%,显著高于对照组的54.17%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗期间均未发生鼓膜穿孔、中耳炎以及听力继续降低等并发症。结论在突发性耳聋耳鸣临床治疗中,与全身应用激素相比,鼓室注射局部用药的临床治疗效果更好,且不会增加并发症发生风险,安全、有效,具有临床推广价值。Objective To explore the short-term efficacy of topical application of hormones and systemic application of hormones in the treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus.Methods 48 patients with sudden deafness and tinnitus admitted to our hospital from March 2017 to March 2019 were selected as study subjects.They were divided into the control group and the observation group by digital randomized table,with 24 cases in each group.All patients received the same routine treatment.On the basis of conventional treatment,intravenous injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection was used in the control group,the observation group was treated with tympanic injection of methylprednisolone sodium succinate injection.Both groups were followed up for 6 months and the treatment effects were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment was 79.17%in the observation group,which was higher than 54.17%in the control group(P<0.05).There were no complications such as tympanic membrane perforation,otitis media and hearing loss in both groups.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of sudden deafness and tinnitus,compared with systemic application of hormones,the tympanic injection of topical medication is more effective in clinical treatment,and does not increase the risk of complications,safe,effective,and has clinical application value.
