摘  要:以一款高强化船用柴油机钢顶铁裙组合活塞为对象,对其销孔设计过程进行了研究,运用有限元分析软件对设计方案进行优化,可知单曲线异形销孔的接触位置及接触压力值更合理,然后通过调整曲面的起始位置及曲线方程有效对销孔型线进行了进一步优化;最后通过销孔疲劳试验验证设计方案,试验完成后对销孔进行着色探伤,销孔表面没有检测到裂纹,所以可以判定活塞销孔的设计是合理的。The design process of the piston pin has been studied in detail on a combined piston with steel head and iron skirt,installed in a diesel-driven offshore ship.By means of comparative analysis made by FEA software,the improved design plan has been got and the result shows that the contact position and contact pressure for the profiled pinhole with single curve are much better.And then the pinhole profile could get further improvement through adjusting the starting point of the curved surface and curve equation.Last but not the least,the pinhole fatigue test and dye penetrant inspection show that no cracks on the pinhole surface,which could prove that the pinhole design is acceptable.
