摘 要:增压器是柴油机的重要零件,合理的供油压力和流量是其正常工作的基础,因此,需保证供油管路设计满足增压器用油要求。本文基于一维流体动力学分析软件Flowmaster,建立增压器供油管路仿真计算模型,得到供油压力、流量的分布特性,识别主要压损来源,明确增压器实际供油条件。通过整机试验验证,表明该仿真计算方法能快速、有效地完成管路供油特性计算,可为供油管路设计提供支撑。Turbocharger is significant for diesel engine,reasonable pressure and flow rate of lubricating oil are the basis of its normal operation.Therefore,it is necessary to ensure that the design of the lubrication system meets the requirement of the turbocharger.Based on the simulation model established via 1D hydraulic analysis tool Flowmaster,the distribution of lubricating oil pressure and flow rate are obtained.The main sources of pressure loss and the actual lubricating oil conditions of the turbocharger are also identified.The diesel engine test shows that the simulation method can calculate the characteristics of lubrication system quickly and effectively,thus can also provide the support for the design of the lubrication system.
