摘  要:针对目前发动机用油底壳制作成本高、成型困难以及密封差的问题,设计了一款易成型、高强度、耐冲击、低噪音、质轻、低成本,同时能有效密封的发动机油底壳发动机用油底壳。使用橡胶密封垫代替常规的纸基密封垫,利用橡胶的弹性保证油底壳壳体与缸体的气密性。加强筋的设计保证了壳体的耐冲击性和高强度。对设计的油底壳产品进行了DVP试验,且试验结果均满足要求,直接推进了小批试验的进展,为后期油底壳上市奠定了实际基础。Aiming at the problems of high manufacturing cost,difficult forming and poor sealing of the oil pan for the current engine,an oil pan that is easy to form,high strength,impact resistant,low noise,light weight,low cost,and effective sealing at the same time is designed.The rubber gasket is used to replace the conventional paper-based gasket,and the elasticity of the rubber is used to ensure the sealing of the oil pan and the cylinder.The design of the ribs ensures the impact resistant and high strength of the shell.The DVP tests were carried out on the designed oil pan products,and the test results all met the requirements,which directly promoted the progress of small batch tests and laid a practical foundation for the later launch of the oil pan.
