摘  要:消融治疗心房颤动的基础是肺静脉电隔离,传统手术模式复杂且耗时,而且术后心房颤动的复发率仍不令人满意。高功率短时程的消融方式理论上可以解决这些问题。近年,一些临床前和临床研究证实了其安全性和可行性,有望广泛应用于临床实践。文章就高功率短时程消融的原理与研究现状进行综述。The basis of ablation treatment of atrial fibrillation is the electrical isolation of pulmonary veins.The traditional operation mode is still complicated and time-consuming,and the recurrence rate of postoperative atrial fibrillation is still unsatisfactory.High-power short-term ablation methods can theoretically solve these problems.In recent years,some preclinical and clinical studies have confirmed its safety and feasibility,and it is expected to be widely used in clinical practice.This article reviews the principles and current research status of high-power short-term ablation.
