摘  要:采用硝酸和稀硫酸溶解样品,选择Ti 323.966 nm为分析谱线,建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定银铜钛合金中钛含量的分析方法。实验结果表明,钛的质量浓度在0~80μg/mL范围内与发射强度呈线性相关,校准曲线的线性回归方程为y=83.132 x+21.113,相关系数r=0.999973。该方法中钛的检出限为0.071μg/mL。本实验方法用于银铜钛合金中钛含量的分析,检测结果的相对标准偏差RSD﹤1%(n=10),加标回收率大于99%。与传统化学分析方法进行比对,测定结果一致。The samples were dissolved by nitric acid and dilute sulfuric acid,and Ti 323.966 nm was selected as the analytical spectral line.The experimental results showed that there was a linear correlation between the emission intensity and the mass concentration of titanium in the range of 0—80μg/mL,the linear regression equation of the calibration curve was y=83.132x+21.113,and the correlation coefficient was 0.999973.The detection limit of titanium was 0.071μg/mL.The relative standard deviation(RSD)was less than 1%(n=10),and the recovery was more than 99%.Compared with the traditional chemical analysis method,the determination results of the two methods were consistent.
