摘 要:建立了跨临界二氧化碳热泵热水机组的动态模型。运用分布参数法对气冷器、蒸发器建立了动态分布式模型,利用效率法对压缩机、膨胀阀建立了准稳态模型。与实验数据的比较表明该模型可以完整反映跨临界二氧化碳热泵热水机组系统多输入多输出关系。改变压缩机转速、水流量等控制变量,研究跨临界二氧化碳热泵热水机组在变工况下的动态运行特性并得出一些定性结论。为系统优化设计和优化控制打下良好的基础。A dynamic model of a trans-critical carbon dioxide heat pump System was established.The distributed parameter method is used to establish a dynamic distributed model for both air coolers and evaporators,and quasi-steady state models are applied for compressors and expansion valves with empirical formula for their small thermal inertia.The comparison with experimental data shows that the model can fully reflect the relationship between multi-inputs and multi-outputs of the trans-critical carbon dioxide heat pump system.By changing the control variables such as compressor speed,expansion valve opening ratio,and water mass-flow rate,the dynamic operating characteristics of trans-critical carbon dioxide heat pump system under variable operating conditions are studied and some qualitative conclusions are drawn,which can lay a good foundation for system optimization design and optimization control in the future.
