摘 要:本文以变频空气源热泵机组为热源,薄型地暖系统为供暖末端,搭建试验台进行系统蓄热过程测试。实验数据表明:地暖末端升温较快,供水温度设定45℃,地面温度2 h内从17℃升高到适宜供暖的30℃。随地暖末端混凝土层温度和热泵供水温度的升高,地暖末端的蓄热能力先增加后降低并趋于稳定。变频空气源热泵机组具备良好的供热调节性能,随着地暖末端混凝土层温度升高,机组供热量能够自动从100%向30.7%调节,维持供水温度稳定在45℃,避免了地面温度波动,保证了供暖舒适性。This paper takes the inverter air source heat pump unit as the heat source and the thin floor heating system as the end of the heating system,and sets up a test platform to test the heat storage process of the system.The experimental data show that the end of floor heating temperature increases rapidly,the supply water temperature set at 45℃,the surface temperature within 2 hours from 17℃to 30℃for heating increases with increasing temperature;heating temperature and heat pump water supply at the end of the concrete layer,heat storage capacity of heating at the end of the first increased and then decreased and stabilized;inverter air source heat pump units have good heating performance,with the warm end of concrete layer temperature,heating unit can automatically adjust the amount from 100%to 32.5%,to maintain the water temperature stable at 45℃,reduce the surface temperature fluctuation,ensure heating comfort.
