非精神科护士心理护理培训需求的质性研究

摘　　要：目的分析非精神科护士心理护理培训需求,为开展专业化、系统性培训提供参考依据。方法采用目的抽样法,于2019年4-6月选取上海市2所三级甲等医院非精神科护士20名作为研究对象。采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,以半结构式访谈的方式收集资料,并采用Colaizzi分析法分析资料并提炼主题。结果非精神科护士心理护理培训需求呈现出4个主题:对心理护理的认同感强而执行力弱;亟需获取心理护理专业化培训;期待获得系统化的心理护理培训知识;期待有助于培训迁移的培训方式。结论非精神科护士对专业化心理护理培训的需求迫切,有必要构建系统化的心理护理培训体系,并引入参与式、体验式培训方式促进培训迁移,进而提升护士心理护理水平。Objective To analysis the training need of non-psychiatric nurses in psychological care,and to provide a reference for professional and systematic training.Methods A total of 20 non-psychiatric nurses from 2 Grade A tertiary hospitals in Shanghai were selected as the subjects by purposive sampling from April to June 2019.The phenomenological approach for qualitative study was used to collect data in semi-structured interviews,and Colaizzi's method of data analysis was used to analyze the data and refine the themes.Results There were 4 themes in the training need of non-psychiatric nurses:strong recognition of psychological care while weak execution;urgent need to obtain professional training in psychological care;acquire systematic psychological nursing training knowledge is expected;training methods conducive to training transfer is expected.Conclusion Non-psychiatric nurses are in urgent need of professional psychological care training.It is necessary to construct a systematic psychological car training system and introduce participative and experiential methods for training transfer,so as to improve the psychological care level of nurses.
