摘　　要：近年随着城乡统筹、新型城镇化等国策的不断推进,城乡之间显著的社会经济变化与互动关系给乡村建设与发展带来了诸多严峻的挑战,许多乡村日渐衰微,社会与经济产业活力明显不足。本次规划突破了以往以技术为先的物质空间规划趋向,厘清泸西县村庄体系发展的"多场耦合特征",提炼其发展的主导趋向及潜在活力。并以此为基础,在良性维系城乡之间的双向流动平衡的同时,通过"产业协同"求解来实现村庄体系的集体活力复兴,从而实现乡村地区发展与稳定的双重目标。In recent years,with the continuous development of urban and rural areas,new-type urbanization and other national policies,the economic difference changed dramatically between urban and rural areas.In addition,the interaction between the two brought many serious challenges to urban planning and development.Many villages start to weaken day by day.The necessary social and economic activities are obviously deficient.This planning breaks through the previous urban planning mode which puts technology first in spatial planning.It straightens out the"Multiplicity Coupling Effects"within the developing system of Luxi village and and extracts the leading trend and potential vitality of Luxi village development.At the same time,on this basis,the balance between urban and rural two-way flow is maintained.The system problem of rural collective vitality revival can be solved through industrial cooperation to eventually achieve the dual goals of rural development and stability.
