传统住宅模式在新农村住宅设计中的运用——以浙西地区民居为例

摘　　要：近年来,随着各地新农村建设稳步推进,农民的居住条件得到极大改善。然而,受城市住宅的影响,新建农村住宅传统特色消失,严重脱离了当地传统民居文化。本文以浙西地区农村住宅为研究对象,通过总结现有农村住宅存在的问题及分析传统民居的优点和特色,从而总结符合当地传统的住宅模式精华,并结合现代建筑理论,运用于新农村住宅设计中进行继承和发扬,解决新农村住宅建设所面临的问题,以期设计出适合当代农民居住的住宅,为我国新农村建设做出贡献。In recent years,with the steady progress of new rural construction,the living conditions of farmers have been greatly improved.However,due to the influence of urban housing,the traditional characteristics of newly-built rural housing have disappeared,seriously divorced from the local traditional residential culture.Taking rural housing in Western Zhejiang as the research object,this paper summarizes the existing problems in rural housing and analyzes the advantages and characteristics of traditional houses,so as to summarize the essence of local traditional housing patterns,and combines modern architectural theories to inherit and carry forward the new rural housing design in order to solve the problems faced by new rural housing construction,aiming to design houses suitable for contemporary farmers and make contributions to the new rural construction in China.
