摘 要:该试验研究刺槐素对鸡源性大肠杆菌的抑菌作用和耐药性消除效果。采用药敏纸片判断刺槐素的抑菌效果,对比前后2次MIC的浓度大小判断刺槐素对大肠杆菌的耐药性消除效果。结果:刺槐素抑菌效果:大肠杆菌①的MIC为32μg/mL,大肠杆菌②的MIC为128μg/mL,大肠杆菌③的MIC为64μg/mL,大肠杆菌④的MIC为16μg/mL,大肠杆菌⑤的MIC为32μg/mL。耐药性消除试验结果:大肠杆菌①的MIC由1024μg/mL下降为128μg/mL,大肠杆菌②的MIC由512μg/mL下降为64μg/mL,大肠杆菌③的MIC由2048μg/mL下降为128μg/mL,大肠杆菌④的MIC由256μg/mL下降为32μg/mL,大肠杆菌⑤的MIC由512μg/mL下降为64μg/mL。结论:刺槐素对鸡源性大肠杆菌具有抑制作用,对头孢耐药性有消除作用。To study the effect of acacetin on Escherichia coli and the elimination of drug resistancE.Methods:the antibacterial effect of acacetin was evaluated with sensitive paper.The mic concentration before and after treatment was compared to determine the elimination effect of resistance of acacetin to Escherichia coli.Results:the MIC of E.coli 1was 32μg/mL,that of E.coli 2 was 128μg/mL,that of E.coli 3 was 64μg/mL,that of E.coli 4 was 16μg/mL,that of E.coli 5 was 32μg/mL.MIC of E.coli 1 decreased from 1024μg/mL to 128μg/mL,MIC of E.coli 2 decreased from 512μg/mL to 64μg/mL,MIC of E.coli 3 decreased from 2048μg/mL to 128μg/mL,MIC of E.coli 4 decreased from 256μg/mL to 32μg/mL The MIC of E.coli 5 decreased from 512μg/mL to 64μg/mL.Conclusion:acacetin can inhibit the growth of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus and eliminate drug resistance。
