摘　　要：近年来,由于糖尿病患者不断增加且发病年龄逐渐提前,导致了年轻糖尿病患者数量显著增加,视力减退甚至丧失,严重影响患者的生活质量。与老年患者相比,年轻的糖尿病性视网膜病变患者有着相对独特的临床表现,应当引起眼科医师的关注。该文就年轻糖尿病患者视网膜病变的流行病学、临床特点、危险因素及其治疗方面的研究进展进行综述。In recent years, due to the increasing quantity of diabetes mellitus patients and the progressively earlier age of onset, the number of young patients with diabetes mellitus has been significantly increased, and the impaired or lost vision has seriously affected the quality of life of these patients. Compared with the elderly patients, young counterparts with diabetic retinopathy have relatively unique clinical manifestations, which should arouse the attention of ophthalmologists. In this article, the research progress on the epidemiological, clinical characteristics, risk factors and treatment of diabetic retinopathy in young patients were reviewed.
