摘　　要：二次衬砌是地铁隧道初期支护内侧施作的模筑混凝土或钢筋混凝土衬砌,与初期支护共同组成复合式衬砌。地铁二次衬砌是地铁工程中的一项重要环节,衬砌质量的好坏对地铁隧道的使用寿命、使用功能和外观等都有重要影响。以长春地铁2号线南关站隧道二次衬砌施工为背景,通过分析二次衬砌质量缺陷及产生的原因,系统阐述为保证二次衬砌施工质量,在施工过程、施工工艺、混凝土自身质量控制方面所采取的技术措施。以期为后续类似工程提供借鉴。The secondary lining is a kind of concrete or reinforced concrete lining inside the primary support of underground tunnel,which forms a composite lining together with the primary support.Underground secondary lining is an important part of underground engineering.The quality of lining has an important impact on the service life,function and appearance of underground tunnel.Taking the secondary lining construction of Nanguan station tunnel of Changchun metro line 2 as an example,by analyzing the quality defects and causes of the secondary lining,this paper systematically expounds the technical measures taken in the construction process,construction technology and concrete quality control to ensure the construction quality of the secondary lining in order to provide reference for the follow-up similar projects。
