摘　　要：我国城镇化率的提高不断拉升房屋建筑项目的增速,该类建筑项目的建筑技术和施工方法的发展已经相对成熟。而当前我国房地产市场项目的工程质量却良莠不齐,威胁着人民群众的人身财产安全。因此,本研究从网络治理的视角分析房建工程质量管理问题,挖掘各利益相关者在网络中对工程质量的影响,对提高工程质量管理,促进社会稳定发展具有非常重要的意义。The increase in the rate of urbanization in China continues to promote the growth rate of housing construction projects.The development of construction technology and construction methods for this type of construction projects has been relatively mature.However,the quality of projects in the current real estate market in China is uneven,threatening the personal and property safety of the citizens.Therefore,this study analyzes the quality management of housing construction projects from the perspective of network governance,and explores the impact of various stakeholders on project quality in the network,which is of great significance for improving project quality management and promoting the stable development of society.
