摘 要:针对淀粉浆料浆膜脆、硬的缺点,采用磷酸盐对淀粉变性,在淀粉大分子链上引入酯基,制备了磷酸酯淀粉浆液。分别采用红外光谱、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、差示扫描量热仪(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)对磷酸酯化淀粉结构、浆膜断面结构、玻璃化温度进行分析,研究了磷酸酯化对淀粉浆膜力学性能的影响规律。结果表明:经磷酸酯化变性后,淀粉浆料浆膜的断裂伸长率和断裂强度均得到了显著提升,浆液对涤棉、纯棉粗纱黏附性增强。In order to improve the brittleness and hardness of starch size film,phosphate starch slurry was prepared by modifying starch with phosphate and introducing ester group into starch macromolecular chain.The structure of phosphate starch,cross-section structure of starch film and glass transition temperature were analyzed by infrared spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),differential scanning calorimetry(DSC)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),to investigate the effect of phosphate esterification on the mechanical properties of starch size film.The results show that the elongation at break and the breaking strength of the starch size film are significantly improved after the modification by phosphate esterification,and the adhesion of the size to blended polyester cotton roving and cotton roving is greatly enhanced.
