摘  要:目的:探讨微助教平台在诊断学课程心电图教学中的应用效果。方法:选取浙江中医药大学滨江学院2017级中医学2个班(67人)和同级针灸推拿学2个班(66人)为研究对象。中医学班为对照组,选择传统讲授法进行教学;针灸推拿班为实验组,结合微助教平台进行心电图教学。课程结束后,通过期末考试和问卷调查来评价微助教平台应用于心电图教学的效果。结果:实验组的期末考试平均成绩高于对照组(10.51±2.05vs8.79±2.61,t=-4.244,P<0.05);问卷调查结果表明,实验组学生普遍赞同微助教平台的应用在心电图学习中有所帮助。结论:微助教平台与传统教学法相比,能够有效提升学生对心电图知识的掌握和运用;同时能够提高课堂效率、缩短教学反馈时间。[Objective]To discuss the application effect of teachermate in the ECG teachingin diagnostics course. [Method] Tw o classes of 2017 Chinese M edicine( 67 students) from Binjiang College of Zhejiang Chinese M edical University and tw o classes of Acupuncture and Tuina( 66 students) at the same level w ere selected as the research objects. The Chinese medicine class is the control group,w hile the acupuncture massage class is the experimental group. The control group chose the traditional teaching method of multimedia plus blackboard w riting for teaching;the experimental group combined w ith the teachermate for ECG teaching. After the course,the final examination and questionnaire survey w ere used to evaluate the application effect of the teachermate in ECG teaching. [Result] The final test score of the experimental group w as higher than that of the control group( 10. 51 ± 2. 05 vs 8. 79 ± 2. 61,t =-4. 244,P < 0. 05). The results of the questionnaire survey indicate that the students in the experimental group generally agree that the application of the teachermate is helpful in ECG learning. [Conclusion]Compared w ith traditional teaching methods,the combination of teachermate can effectively improve students’ mastering and use of ECG know ledge;and improve classroom efficiency and shorten the teaching feedback time.
