摘  要:网约车出行作为一种新型的交通模式,其发展水平与人民生活质量息息相关。运用SWOT分析法从多个维度确定显著影响网约车发展的因素,并将其作为AHP模型的指标层,利用专家评价结果构造相应判断矩阵,以获得量化的各指标重要性程度及排序。结果表明:“能提升行业竞争力”的优势因素位列第一,重要性程度为0.1530。结合战略决策模型可知,网约车发展应实施开拓型战略。由此,从政府、平台和乘客三方面提出合理提议。As a new type of transportation mode,online car-hailing travel is closely related to the life quality of the people.This paper first uses the SWOT analysis method to determine the factors that have a significant impact on the development of online car-hailing from multiple dimensions,and takes them as the indicator layer of AHP model,then the expert evaluation results were used to construct the corresponding judgment matrix to obtain the quantified importance degree and ranking of each indicator.The results show that the advantage factor of“can enhance the competitiveness of the industry”ranks first,with an importance degree of 0.1530.Then combined with the strategic decision-making model,it can be seen that the development of online ride-hailing vehicles should implement the pioneering strategy.Finally,reasonable proposals are put forward from the government,platform and passengers.
