摘 要:区块链技术下的租房消费市场场景应用在不可信的竞争环境中开创了低成本建立信任的新型计算范式和协作模式,实现了穿透式监管和信任的逐级传递。对商业租房消费市场的发展分析发现,租房消费者的信任度较低、租房业务管理成本偏高、权责关系混乱和租房消费数据离散是主要的痛点。由此提出,通过包含租房消费数据确权、租房消费智能合约实现、智能决策、“公有链、联盟链、私有链”互通和突发事件解危的区块链技术的场景应用,推进“租购并举”的住房制度。区块链技术在房屋租赁市场的应用可以重塑并数字化商业租赁行为,改善并延伸租赁的生产关系,促进租房消费市场健康有序发展。In an incredible competitive environment,new credible and inexpensive calculation form and cooperative mode can be built with the situational application of house-renting consumer market with block chain technology,by which the step-by-step transmission of penetration supervision and trust can be achieved.Presently,the problems such as consumer’s low credibility,high administrative cost,disordered authority-responsibility relationship and disperse house-renting data exist in the house-renting consumer market.Accordingly,the situational applications of block chain technology such as confirming the house-renting consumption data,realizing the smart contract,making intelligent decision and resolving the emergencies are proposed.This application can rebuild and digitalize the commercial house renting,improve and extend rental productive relations and promote the healthy and ordered development of house-renting market.
