卡托普利舌下含服联合硝酸甘油静脉滴注急诊治疗高血压的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的:分析探讨卡托普利舌下含服联合硝酸甘油静脉滴注在高血压急诊治疗中的临床效果。方法:将66例高血压患者列为研究对象,利用随机数字表法分为研究组36例(给予卡托普利舌下含服联合硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗)和对照组30例(给予硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗),比较两组患者的临床治疗总有效率、并发症发生情况、治疗前后血压改善情况。结果:研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗后研究组的舒张压(DBP)、收缩压(SBP)均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对高血压患者施以卡托普利舌下含服联合硝酸甘油静脉滴注治疗可以有效的降低患者的血压、心率以及降低并发症,提升临床治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of captopril sublingual administration and nitroglycerin intravenous drip in the emergency treatment of hypertension.Method 66 patients with hypertension received by our hospital were selected as reject research,they were divided into study group(36 cases)and control group(30 cases)by using random number table method.Then the total effective rate,complications,before and after treatment of the two groups were compared Improvement of blood pressure.Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group,the incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the diastolic pressure(DBP)and systolic pressure(SBP)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Captopril sublingual administration combined with nitroglycerin intravenous drip can effectively reduce the blood pressure,heart rate and complications of patients with hypertension,and improve the clinical treatment effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
