摘 要:目的:探讨不同剂量舒芬太尼对老年患者全身麻醉诱导时脑电双频指数(BIS)及丙泊酚用量的影响。方法:选取2020年1~9月在罗定市人民医院进行全身麻醉的老年患者60例随机分为Ⅰ组、Ⅱ组各30例,Ⅰ组采用舒芬太尼剂量0.5μg/kg,Ⅱ组剂量1.0μg/kg,观察两组患者麻醉前(T_(0))、注射舒芬太尼4 min后(T_(1))、插管后3 min(T_(2))、插管后10 min(T_(3))的平均动脉压(MAP)、心率(HR)、BIS及丙泊酚用量情况。结果:两组患者在T_(1)、T_(2)、T_(3)时的BIS水平均低于T_(0)时,T_(3)时两组患者的MAP、HR水平均低于T_(0)、T_(1)、T_(2)时,且Ⅱ组的下降水平更明显,丙泊酚的用量少于Ⅰ组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同剂量舒芬太尼对老年患者全身麻醉诱导时脑电双频指数具有不同的影响,1.0μg/kg的舒芬太尼作用效果更明显,丙泊酚用量更少。Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of sufentanil on BIS and propofol dosage during general anesthesia induction in elderly patients.Method A total of 60 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2020 were selected and divided into groupⅠand groupⅡby random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The dose of sufentanil was 0.5μg/kg in groupⅠand 1.0μg/kg in groupⅡ.Average arterial pressure(MAP),heart rate(HR),BIS,and propofol dosage were observed before anesthesia(T_(0)),after injection of sufentanil for 4 min(T_(1)),3 min(T_(2)),and 10 min(T_(3))after intubation.Results BIS levels in TI,T_(2)and T_(3)were lower than T_(0),MAP and HR levels in T_(3)were lower than T_(0),T_(1)and T_(2),and the decrease level was more obvious in groupⅡ,and the amount of propofol was lower than that in GroupⅠ,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Different doses of sufentanil have different effects on the dual-frequency index of eeg during general anesthesia induction in elderly patients.The effect of sufentanil is more obvious and the amount of propofol is less.
