摘 要:目的:探讨医疗资源团队管理模式(Team Resource Management)在预防肝移植患者术后发生压力性损伤中的应用效果。方法:选取2016年1月1日~2018年11月31日接受肝移植手术的患者,按照随机分配且患者自愿的方法将其分为对照组和干预组。对照组30例患者给予常规护理方法,干预组30例则从入院时到出院按照TRM对患者进行压力性损伤护理,然后进行数据统计分析比较。结果:干预组的压力性损伤发生率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TRM降低了肝移植患者术后发生压力性损伤的几率,取得了良好的效果。Objective To investigate the effect of Team Resource Management in the prevention of postoperative stress injury in patients with liver transplantation.Method the patients who received liver transplantation in our department on January 1,2016 and November 31,2018 were selected and divided into control group and intervention group according to the randomly assigned and voluntary method.In the control group,30 patients received stress injury nursing according to routine nursing methods.The 30 patients in the intervention group received stress injury nursing according to TRM from the time of admission to discharge.Then the data were analyzed and compared.Results the incidence of stress injury in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion TRM reduces the incidence of postoperative stress injury in patients with liver transplantation and achieves good results.
