摘　　要：目的:探讨正强化理论模式在护士应急能力培训的应用效果。方法:以福建省某三级甲等综合医院的150名临床护士作为研究对象,采用分层随机分组原则抽取对照组和试验组各75名,对照组应用科室传统应急能力培训,试验组应用强化程序理论模式对护士进行综合应急能力培训,按季度采用应急能力巡查的方式对护士进行复训。比较试验组与对照组护士应急能力巡查得分,临床护士综合应急能力、医生对护理工作满度。结果:培训后护士应急能力巡查得分,临床护士综合应急能力、医生对护理工作满度显著提高(P<0.05)。结论:采用强化程序培训模式,可提升临床护士应急能力,为临床护士培训提供参考和借鉴。Objective To explore the effect of the application of positive reinforcement theory model in nurses'emergency ability training.Method A total of 150 clinical nurses in a third-level general hospital in Fujian Province were used as research objects.Using the principle of stratified random grouping,75 nurses in the control group and the experimental group were selected.The control group were trained in traditional emergency abilities in the department.The experimental group were trained in comprehensive emergency abilities using the intensive procedure theory model.Retraining nurses on a quarterly basis using emergency capacity inspections.The emergency patrol scores of nurses in the experimental group and the control group were compared,the comprehensive emergency abilities of the clinical nurses,and the doctor's satisfaction with nursing work.Results After the training,the nurses'emergency ability inspection scores,clinical nurses'comprehensive emergency ability,and doctors'satisfaction with nursing work significantly improved(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of intensive program training mode can improve the emergency ability of clinical nurses and provide reference and reference for clinical nurse training.
