基于PubMed数据库针灸研究轨迹及热点文献计量学分析

摘　　要：目的分析PubMed数据库中针灸研究相关论文的发文状况、发展轨迹及研究热点,为进一步研究提供参考。方法检索PubMed数据库中针灸相关文献,运用文献计量学及词频分析法,从发表时间、来源期刊、国家/地区、语种及主题词等多个维度对文献进行分析。结果共纳入文献31032篇,论文最早发表时间为1825年,载文量最多的来源期刊为《中国针灸》,主要发文国家/地区为中国、美国、英国等,主要语种为英语,高频主题词涉及针灸疗法、穴位、经络等,高频主题词按年度区间呈现出不同特点。结论PubMed数据库中针灸研究相关论文起始于19世纪初,发文量分别在1972年、2005年前后有2次大幅增长,目前依然是研究者关注的热点。Objective To analyze the publication status, development track and research hotspot of acupuncture related articles in PubMed;To provide references for further scientific research. Methods Acupuncture relevant literature in PubMed was retrieved. The articles were analyzed from the year of publication, source journals, countries/regions, languages and subject headings through the method of bibliometrics and word frequency analysis. Results Totally 31 032 articles were included. The first article was published in 1825. The source journal with the most articles is Chinese Acupuncture & Moxibustion. The main research countries/regions were China, US and UK. The main language was English. High-frequency keywords included acupuncture therapy, acupoints and meridians. High-frequency keywords show different characteristics according to different annual interval. Conclusion The acupuncture research was started at the early 19th century. The number of published articles increased significantly in 1972 and 2005 respectively, and it is still the focus of researchers’ attention.
