颜氏“脑病宜清”治疗脑梗死恢复期临床探索

摘　　要：“脑病宜清”是由国医大师颜德馨提出,颜乾麟、颜新等颜氏传人继承并发扬的重要学术思想,在脑梗死恢复早期实证未除、虚实夹杂时期有重要临床指导价值。以“脑病宜清”为指导,根据临床辨证,施以清热通腑、清化痰瘀、清心开窍、清肝熄风、清热滋阴等不同治法,并在治疗中充分发挥“轻可去实”“顾护脾胃”等特色,为中医治疗脑梗死恢复期提供了有效诊疗思路。The academic thought of“clearing for brain diseases”,proposed by national TCM master Yan Dexin,is inherited and promoted by descendants of YAN’s family,including Yan Qianlin and Yan Xin.In early convalescence of cerebral infarction,it has an important clinical guiding value in treating patients with excessive syndrome and deficiency-excess in complexity.Guided by the principle of“clearing for brain diseases”,different treatment methods are used according to clinical syndrome differentiation,such as clearing heat and relaxing bowels,eliminating phlegm and resolving stasis,clearing heart and opening orifice,clearing the liver and extinguishing wind,and clearing heat and nourishing yin.The treatment can give full play to the characteristics of“expelling the excess with prescription composed of light Chinese materia medica”and“protecting the spleen and stomach”.This theory can provide effective diagnosis and treatment ideas for convalescence of cerebral infarction.
