摘  要:探讨不同放牧强度下山地草甸植物营养成分的变化,并从牧草营养变化角度寻找最佳放牧组合方式。按照零放牧、适度放牧和重度放牧三个梯度进行试验设计,在放牧前和放牧结束时测定草地植物粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、NDF、ADF、Ca、P。试验结果表明,放牧前各处理粗蛋白和粗脂肪均较放牧后粗蛋白和粗脂肪含量高,放牧结束后,适度放牧和重度放牧间差异显著(P<0.05),零放牧与适度放牧和重度放牧间差异极显著(P<0.01)。放牧前三个处理的NDF和ADF含量不在同一水平上,但仅表现在P<0.05水平上,放牧后,NDF和ADF在各处理下都略有增加,三个处理间表现出极显著差异(P<0.01)。放牧前,Ca和P含量在三个处理间差异不显著,放牧后,Ca含量在零放牧和适度放牧间差异显著(P<0.05),P含量在各处理间差异不显著。In order to explore the changes of plant nutrients in mountain meadow under different grazing intensities and to find out the best grazing mode from the perspective of forage nutrient changes. The experiment was carried out according to three gradients of zero, moderate and heavy grazing. Crude protein,crude fat, NDF, ADF, Ca and P content of grassland plants were measured before and after grazing. The results showed that the contents of crude protein and crude fat in each treatment before grazing were higher than those after grazing. After grazing, the differences between moderate and heavy grazing were significant(P<0.05), and the differences between zero grazing and moderate as well as heavy grazing were extremely significant(P<0.01). The contents of NDF and ADF in each treatment before grazing were not at the same level, but only at the level of P < 0.05. After grazing, NDF and ADF increased slightly under each treatment,showing a very significant difference among the three treatments(P < 0.01). Before grazing, there was no significant difference in Ca and P content among the three treatments;after grazing, there was significant difference in Ca content between zero grazing and moderate grazing(P < 0.05), and there was no significant difference in P content among the treatments.
