摘　　要：文章针对传统农地流转存在的问题,以土流网为例,从主体构成、服务框架、服务模式和运行效果四个方面切入分析了"互联网+农地流转"的产权交易平台模式运行机理。研究发现,"互联网+"农地流转模式经营主体广泛、交易过程更规范、其服务更专业等,但同时也存在发布信息质量不高、降低议价和谈判成本方面效果甚微、保障农户利益方面力度不够等问题。因此提出引入专业评估机构,构建在线交易平台,加强信息传递、完善监督机制,建立风险保证金制度和完善市场准入机制的建议。Aiming at the problems existing in the flow of traditional agricultural land,this paper analyzes the operation of the property rights trading platform mode of"Internet and agricultural land transfer"from the four aspects of subject composition,service framework,service mode and operation effect.The study found that the"Internet plus"agricultural land transfer mode has a wide range of business entities,more standardized transaction process,more professional services,but at the same time,there are issues such as the quality of information release is not high,the reduction of bargaining and negotiation costs have little effect,and the protection of farmers'interests is not strong enough.Therefore,it puts forward the proposal of introducing professional evaluation institutions,constructing online trading platform,strengthening information transmission,perfecting supervision mechanism,establishing risk margin system and perfecting market access mechanism.
